UK standard delivery with Royal Mail GBP5.99 2 working days 

Next day before 1pm with Royal Mail GBP10 Next working day if ordered before 12:30PM 

Orders cannot be cancelled under ANY circumstances once placed! 

We aim to process orders placed before 12PM on the same day however sometimes this is not possible and it can take up to 2-3 days to process orders. If you need your oder urgently please DM us and we will make sure it is shipped the same day. 

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm or the weekend will br processed on the following Monday.

Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be despatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.

We try to do as much as we can for our customers! For any special events, holidays and last minute needs, if you require a Saturday delivery and want to place the order on Friday before 12:30pm please DM or e-mail us and we may be able to offer this service. Only on in stock items.

Pre order items take longer, information on each individual pre-order item will be displayed on our webpage and instagram page.

Please note international orders are subject to custom fees. This is not our responsibility, the customer agrees to settle this with the delivery company and it’s completely the customers duty. 

It is the customers duty to make sure they have access to receiving the items at the address they ordered to. Parcels that are not received are either sent back to us or destroyed by Royal Mail. If the parcel doesn’t make it back to us the customer will not be entitled to any compensation from our side as we cannot be held accountable.
